Subscription Terms

These terms apply to Zest Snap Pro, together with our Terms of Use. In short: you see the price before you pay, it renews until you cancel, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

In the iPhone and Android apps, prices are set per country by the App Store and Google Play in your local currency and include local taxes where applicable; the exact price is shown before you confirm. Subscriptions are sold only in the iPhone and Android apps; the website doesn’t take payments.

Free trial

New subscribers to Pro yearly in the iPhone and Android apps get a 3-day free trial, once per store account.
During the trial you get up to 10 AI scans. The full 100 a month starts with your first payment.
Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid yearly subscription and you’re charged at the price shown when you started.

Billing and automatic renewal

App Store / Google Play: payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
If a renewal payment fails, the store may retry for a short time; you keep Pro while it does. If it can’t be collected, your account returns to the free plan.
If we change the price, you’ll be told in advance and can cancel before the new price applies. Apple and Google may ask you to accept a price increase.

Managing and cancelling

Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings (Settings › Monthly scans › Manage subscription in the app takes you there). Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro stays active until the end of the current period. Deleting the app or your account doesn’t cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. One account, every device

Pro belongs to your Zest Snap account, so it works on iPhone, Android and the web when you’re signed in. If you reinstall or change phones, sign in and use Restore Purchases on the Premium page.
