Settings › Support › Contact support or Report a problem. Problem reports include your app version and device type, so we can fix things faster.

Billing through Apple or Google

Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google; see Cancellation & refunds. We’re still happy to help with anything else about your subscription.
